Which FSSAI License is Required for a Cloud Kitchen?
There are three types of FSSAI licenses. The one you need depends on your annual turnover:

NOTE: Most cloud kitchens at home will need only the FSSAI Basic Registration when starting.

- Visit the Portal: Go to https://foscos.fssai.gov.in
- Click on “Apply for Registration/License”
- Choose the appropriate license based on your turnover and location.
- Fill out Form A (for Basic Registration) or Form B (for State/Central License)
- Upload required documents.
- Pay the online fee.
- You will receive an application reference number.
- Inspection may be conducted (in some cases).
- You’ll get your FSSAI Certificate in 7–20 working days (PDF copy).
