  1. Visit the Portal: Go to https://foscos.fssai.gov.in
  2. Click on “Apply for Registration/License”
  3. Choose the appropriate license based on your turnover and location.
  4. Fill out Form A (for Basic Registration) or Form B (for State/Central License)
  5. Upload required documents.
  6. Pay the online fee.
  7. You will receive an application reference number.
  8. Inspection may be conducted (in some cases).
  9. You’ll get your FSSAI Certificate in 7–20 working days (PDF copy).

  • Passport-size photograph
  • Aadhaar Card / PAN Card
  • Kitchen address proof (electricity bill / rent agreement)
  • Food category list (menu)
  • Declaration form (auto-generated during application)
